What is the printing mode?

Direct to garment printing called DTG.

What is this?

In English "direct to garment ( DTG )", this direct printing technique is recent and constantly evolving, it consists of printing the visual directly onto the textile to be personalized using the equivalent of an inkjet printer, but for fabrics.

What is the embroidery technique?

Flat embroidery technique, where the design is sewn directly onto the product using threads. We will select the most suitable stitch type to reproduce the details of the design.

A: Satin Stitch: A long, straight stitch used to outline an object.

B: Running Stitch: A single line stitch used for small details of the design.

C: Tatami Fill: Rows of running stitches used to fill large areas.

Orders, Deliveries, Returns and Refunds

Where is my order?

Your order number will be included in your shipping email along with the tracking number.

Package tracking can only be done after shipment to the carrier's website.

Preparation/production time

The preparation/production time for orders is between 2 and 4 days. The time varies depending on the quantity of items ordered.

For embroidered items, the lead time is much longer. Production time is approximately 10 days.

Option and delivery time

Delivery options:
Standard delivery France: 2 to 4 working days.

Standard delivery in EU + England: 5 to 7 working days.

PLEASE NOTE : Embroidered items take approximately 18 days from the time the order is placed.

FRANCE: Delivery costs €6.95 for all orders under €60.

RELAY POINT: Delivery charge €5.95 for all orders under €60.

EU + England: Delivery costs €8.95 for all orders under €60.

Free delivery from 60 euros per order for France, relay points, the EU and England.

Can I cancel an order?

It is possible to cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it. After this time, the cancellation will not be considered.

Missing item(s) in my order

If an item is missing, please check that it is listed on your confirmation of
order and check your emails (including spam) to see if you have received an out-of-stock email or if your order has arrived in multiple packages. If this is not the case and the expected delivery date has passed, please contact us via the "Contact Us" section or by email within 14 days of your order delivery and MolossDesign will take care of it.

Out of stock items

Some of our items may be back in stock quite quickly, so please check back regularly.

The item I received is not the one I ordered

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by email with the following information:

Your name

Order number

Name and reference of the item ordered

Name and reference of the item received

Photo and description of
the incorrect article

The item I received is defective

Please contact us within 48 hours by email with the following information:

Your name

Order number

Name and reference of the item ordered

Photo and description of
the defective item and the package

My tracking number shows that my package has been returned to the sender.

The carrier was unable to deliver your package (perhaps you were absent or they were unable to access your property or you did not answer the driver's phone call on the day of delivery).

If your tracking number shows that your package has been returned to us, the refund period generally takes up to 21 days (return delivery time, processing time and refund to your account).

For your information: From the day of shipment, you can check the carrier's tracking number on the carrier's app. Carriers generally allow you to add special instructions for the driver to ensure your package is delivered safely and avoid unnecessary returns.

Can I change the address on my order?

Unfortunately, MolossDesign is unable to change the shipping address.

As soon as your package has been shipped, with the tracking number, we invite you to consult the carrier's application as soon as possible in order to contact them to see if you can modify the delivery address.

Returns and Refunds

The returns

Returns, except for order preparation errors and defective items, are the responsibility of the customer.

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. After this time, your request will not be processed.

For proper support, it is imperative to contact MolossDesign by email or via the “Contact us” tab before returning any items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.

Refunds

Refunds have a period of 21 days (return delivery, processing and refund time to your account) from the day the item is received by our services.

I don't see the refund in my bank account

For some banks and credit cards, your refund may appear several days after the refund deadline.

If you paid via PayPal, it may take up to 48 hours after receiving the refund confirmation email for the refund to appear in your account. If your bank account is linked to your PayPal account, the refund may take up to 14 additional days to be credited to your bank account due to PayPal processing times.

If you still have not received a refund after these deadlines, please contact us by email or via the "contact us" tab with the following information: Your name, the order number concerned, the name of the item(s) returned.

Am I responsible for the return if I received a defective or incorrect item?

MolossDesign will cover the return costs.
